This is a fabulous opportunity to join an outstanding SEN school local to you. The school is looking for an inspiring SEN Teaching Assistant to join their school on a full-time, Permanent basis. This role will require you to support SEN learners on a 1:1 and whole class basis. The majority of your time will be spent supporting classes of 5-10 pupils with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. The school is recognised for offering a sunny disposition and welcomes all with open arms. The school offers brilliant grounds, resources and spacious rooms and aims to offer all pupils a whole encompassing education and a safe place to grow in confidence and develop there learning. This school is a supportive environment for both students and staff. This school boasts excellent staff retention due to its commitment to every member of staff. This school is a specialist provision supporting learners with Autism and associated SEN needs including communication difficulties.
