37-hour workweek with flexible working around core hours (10:30 am - 4:00 pm) Do you have 3 years or more accountancy experience? Do you have strong prioritisation and organisational abilities? Benefits Package Competitive salary up to 30,000 (depending on CIPP qualification status) Full study support 31 holiday days per year including bank holidays As a Semi-Senior Accountant, you will be required to: Prepare financial statements and tax returns for small to medium-sized businesses Perform corporation tax calculations, VAT returns, and management accounts Engage in client interaction and provide excellent customer service Train apprentices and support their development Take on additional responsibilities such as payroll and company secretarial duties Candidate: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an accountancy practice Proficient in cloud-based bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and Xero Experience with Sage 50, Iris, and Sage Business Cloud is advantageous Proficient in written and technical skills Strong prioritisation and organisational abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion AAT qualified or similar Open to offering a training contract with ICAEW or ACCA for further career progression Does this sound like something you want to be a part of?
