The Role 
We are currently on the lookout for a Full-Time experienced SEM Specialist to join our team at ForHealth. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing digital campaigns across Google ads and Meta across our various brands – Evoca, Travel Vaccination, Medical Centres, Dental, Urgent Care, Skin2 and GP recruitment.
The Tasks  Partner with the Head of Marketing/ Digital Campaign Specialist to plan, implement and manage high performing data-driven PPC and Pmax campaigns for demand generation across 80+ sites Managing campaign expenses, staying on budget and estimating monthly costs based on business needs.Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation Research and analyse competitor marketingDesign and implement direct email marketing campaignsEnsure mobile-friendly email templatesDesign and implement social media paid and owned strategy to align with business goalsWork with internal team to optmise copy and landing page for improved resultsKeyword research and manage Ad copy for PPC campaigns Track, measure, and analyse all initiatives to report on ROI. Build custom reports The Successful Candidate  6+ years hands on experience building and managing multiple SEM campaigns across GoogleBachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital MarketingProven experience and results from running Facebook and Instagram ads Strong knowledge and hand on experience working with Meta Ads ManagerWell-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisitionExperience with bid-management toolsStrong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports Up-to-date with latest trends and industry best practices Solid knowledge of reporting tool e.g. Lookerstudio, Agency/ multi-brand setup experience is a must. Knowledge of HTML/CSS an advantage but not necessary
