As an SEM Specialist, you'll step into a dream opportunity to shape and elevate our digital presence, driving impactful campaigns across international and domestic markets.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Global SEM Manager to build a comprehensive search, display, and video marketing strategy aimed at increasing conversion of online traffic to leads.Create, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display, and Online Video platforms.Monitor and allocate budget across channels based on performance data and insights to maximize campaign ROI.Oversee all stages of account planning, including campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy, targeting, audience selection, bidding logic, and match type setup.Run A/B tests, collect data, and identify trends to optimize paid search campaigns across Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and YouTube for maximum ROI.Support the Global SEM Manager in coordinating efforts with the Performance & Buying Department and other key stakeholders.Prepare weekly performance reports and actionable insights to enhance campaign results.Resolve technical issues related to account setup, including feed, tag, targeting, and creative placement issues.Partner with the Performance Marketing Analyst to drive A/B testing, reporting, and insights for continuous campaign improvement.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years experience within a similar SEM role - either in-house or agency-side.Extensive hands-on experience with search engine marketing (preferably Google AdWords, Bing Ads & DuckDuckGo).Knowledge of key tools such as Google Adwords & YouTube.Ability to manage several projects and stakeholders.Ability to communicate strategy simply across a diverse stakeholder group.Innovative thinker and a collaborative team player.Experience using Excel for data management and/or budgeting a plus.Passionate about data, analytics and reporting.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Flexible working arrangements.Access to a best in class parental leave and family planning program.Exceptional employee discount program.A stunning newly renovated office in beautiful Burleigh Heads.Work as part of a team of dedicated individuals focused on doing their best each day.Staff social activities.Monthly birthday celebrations.Princess Polly is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
