If you want to feel recognised for your achievements and make a real tangible impact working on leading Aussie and global brands, this is your chance!Why work at Connected?Join a dynamic, flexible, high-performance team.Work alongside dynamic high-profile brands across FMCG, education, health & fitness, tech, among others.A competitive salary package and benefits (comparable to roles in Sydney).Hybrid working arrangements – 3-4 days in the Thirroul office, 1 -2 days from home.Regular social activities, health and wellness initiatives and team events – quarterly activities, Wellness Wednesday's, OzTag team.Annual leave entitlements that increase to 5 weeks per year.Professional training and development through one of Australia's leading private educators.The ability to give back through community and charity support programs.We look for team members who really want to contribute to the overall success of our independent agency who align to our agency values: Performance, Energy, Integrity, Heart, and Unexpected(ness).As a SEM Account Manager, you will be responsible for:End-to-end management of paid search across a number of client accounts, including strategy development, implementation, performance, optimisation and reporting.Work closely with the client team to understand holistic performance across all channels and how they can work together to drive performance against key KPI's.Partnering with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics - providing feedback, strategic direction and recommendations to improve ROI.Work closely with the client and client team to write compelling ad copy.Undertake keyword research and competitor reviews to uncover further opportunities.Proactively communicate regularly with all clients on performance updates and check-ins.Responsible for budget delivery and management.Optimise daily across all accounts.Weekly/monthly performance analysis reporting as well as industry insights and trends.Actively stay across new product developments and offerings and share updates and insights with the team and clients.Working with the team to assist clients in setting up performance tracking for campaigns.Working with the team to coordinate the delivery of creative (with both internal and external agencies/clients) to ensure accurate and timely uploads for campaigns.What you will need to be successful in this role:2-4 years of search marketing experience or strong digital account management experience with a passion for specialising in paid search.Experience building and managing paid search accounts with multiple stakeholders and strict deadlines.Show a deep understanding of the industry and marketing in general.Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights, and generate recommendations to enhance performance.Ability to work autonomously, collaborate and lead by example within a team.Bring a positive and solutions-based approach to challenges and obstacles.Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting.GTM and GA4 set up experience, highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.Tertiary qualifications in marketing or advertising are ideal but not essential.
