As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, digital marketing, and business development, with a passion for driving growth and enhancing digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development : Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities on both the retailer and supplier sides, driving platform growth. Digital Marketing : Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase platform visibility, engagement, and conversion rates across various online channels. System Upgrades and Enhancements : Oversee and manage system upgrades, ensuring platform functionality and user experience are continuously improved. P&L Analysis : Analyze profit and loss reports to track project financial health, ensuring profitability and sustainability of the platform. Opportunity Realization : Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, both within and outside of the current platform scope, to enhance overall business performance. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Project Planning and Execution : Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital marketing, ideally in a B2B e-commerce or dropshipping environment. Strong experience in business development, P&L analysis, and digital marketing strategies. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with e-commerce platforms, system upgrades, and process optimization is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth-oriented mindset.
