Self-Service Adoption Data Analyst

The Data Analyst sits in the Global Squad within our Digital Sales Experience team. This role is critical to our self-service adoption (SSA) initiatives and aims to increase traffic to self-service pages by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including self-service, legal, marketing, and agency partners, to improve the customer experience, increase customer awareness, articulate the financial value of self-service, and support the achievement of ANZ Digital Self Service Scorecard Targets.
The Data Analyst will:
Analyse self-service data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-makingIdentify opportunities based on insights to increase traffic and improve the user experience on anz.com to drive self-service adoptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and increase customer awareness of our digital contentDetermine and communicate the financial and non-financial benefits of self-service to stakeholdersSupport the achievement of ANZ Digital Self Service Scorecard Targets by providing data-driven insights and recommendationsUtilise data science capabilities to analyze customer behavior, inform strategy, and improve the self-service journeyRole Location: Melbourne
Role Type: Opportunity until September

Ability to identify, describe, quantify and prioritise opportunities, build business cases and influence stakeholders, and work with squad members to deliver outcomesExperience combining disparate data from multiple sources to create a complete understanding of a problem or opportunityStrong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data setsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQLCommercial and financial acumen – understand and articulate business drivers and leversStrong understanding of digital marketing and customer journey optimizationYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
