Salary Range: $109,730 - $132,764
• Fixed Term opportunity to build on existing technical skills and apply them to a specialist jurisdiction, assisting Self Represented Litigants and stakeholders to navigate the court system.
• Collaborate, build and maintain relationships with the Judiciary, court staff, and stakeholders to enhance the service offered to Self Represented Litigants.
• Use statistical data to assess usage and trends and prepare reports for judiciary and senior court staff.
• As part of the MMC leadership team, provide support to other registries and staff.
About Us Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

About the Role The Self Represented Litigant Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate and clear procedural and practical advice to self-represented litigants.
This includes information about fees, time frames, and the court process but does not include legal advice.
Working in this role requires the ability to confidently liaise with a variety of people including members of the public, external parties, particularly real estate agents, other court staff, and the Judiciary.
About You This role has significant technical components as well as team leadership and people-management components and, therefore, requires someone who has both an advanced understanding of the Court's protocols and procedures and well-developed team-leadership experience.
