About The Role: The Self-Assurance Coordinator supports the Self-Assurance Team by maintaining records and schedules to ensure self-assurance activities are conducted in a timely manner and in line with regulatory and other timelines. The role ensures all corporate records are stored in line with Bendigo Kangan Institute's records management policy and relevant regulatory requirements. We are excited about you because you have: Degree in business or education or demonstrated work experience in quality or project coordination in an educational environment. Demonstrated organisational and coordination skills. Demonstrated attention to detail. Demonstrated experience using centralised records management systems such as SharePoint. Demonstrated time management skills including the ability to meet short timelines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and colleagues. Ability to understand compliance requirements and the necessary tools and systems that support compliance activities.
