About the role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Bowen. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team, while expanding selectability's presence in the region. Your leadership will drive our mission forward, ensuring that our services reach those who need them most.

This is a varied role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services, as well as local and state government agencies and private industry. Recruiting a local workforce; training, mentoring, coaching, and supporting local staff. Generating referrals for NDIS and clinical mental wellbeing services. Leading consumer intake and the development of individual service agreements. Overseeing the delivery of programs and services, including personal delivery of services if required, and reporting as needed. Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. Representing selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums, and events. Improving access to support services, mental health outcomes, and equality in service availability for individuals and groups across our footprint. Conducting community engagement. Facilitating group activities. Facilitating community education. Overseeing the documentation of daily activity statistics and reporting in line with working with other selectability services to support consumers as required. About you To be successful you must:
Have experience leading teams, programs, and services in mental health, disability, or community services (desirable). Have experience in the mental health industry (desirable). Possess an in-depth knowledge of the NDIS guidelines and processes (desirable). Have strong computer skills with the ability to complete required reporting. Have experience working in a team environment. Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other databases. Exhibit a positive attitude and commitment to best practice. Be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals. You will also need:
A current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland driver's licence. A currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive vehicle. First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain). A Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain). NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain). NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'.
