This person will be responsible for overseeing and driving the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of our construction/measuring tools and iCON Trades portfolio within the ANZ region.We are open to considering applications from candidates located in both Brisbane and Melbourne.What you'll be doing:Achieve targets by expanding market share and developing distribution partnerships to effectively promote our construction/measuring tools and iCON Trades portfolio to current and prospective customers.Create and execute go-to-market strategies to enhance existing business and identify new growth opportunities.Leverage a professional network to cultivate strategic partnerships with channel partners, OEMs, and industry contacts.Monitor industry trends, competition, and technology developments to refine strategies and seize market opportunities.Work with solution teams to prioritise regional requirements and drive product development.Define competitive pricing models to support sales objectives.Develop compelling presentations and launch plans for new technologies in partnership with regional and divisional teams.Manage sales forecasts, prepare reports, and monitor overall sales performance.Deliver engaging sales presentations and prepare documentation for tenders and requests for information.Attend industry events and tradeshows, collaborating with partners and marketing teams.About you:You'll have a solid understanding of construction trades with at least 5 years of experience in business development, strategy, product management, or sales management.
