Programmed Skilled Workforce are seeking a dedicated and reliable HR Driver and Labourers to join our client's dynamic team in Thomastown. Shifts:Week 1: Day Shift - 06:00-15:00/16:00 (Mon-Fri)Week 2: Night Shift - 20:00-06:00 (Sun-Thurs)About the role: Our client specializes in providing high-performance surface treatments for roads and other infrastructure. Their products are used in a variety of applications, including Bus lanes, pedestrian areas, and cycle paths, to enhance traction and visibility, reducing accidents and improving overall road safety. Responsibilities & Requirements - HR Driver Day Rate $35.34 ph (includes loading) Night Rate $ 44.20 ph (includes loading)Valid HR licence with a clean driving recordLF forklift licence (Preferable)Ability to work rotating shifts (day and night)Operate heavy rigid vehicles safely and efficientlyTransport materials and products to various sitesConduct pre-start checks and basic vehicle maintenanceEnsure compliance with all road and safety regulationsAssist with loading and unloading of goodsComplete relevant paperwork and logbooks accuratelyLabourers Day Rate $32.61 ph (includes loading) Night Rate $40.82 ph (includes loading)Ability to work rotating shifts (day and night)Assist in the preparation and application of surface treatmentsOperate and maintain various tools and equipmentPerform manual handling tasks and lifting as requiredEnsure work areas are kept clean and safeSupport team members with various tasks as directedFollow safety protocols and proceduresProgrammed Skilled Workforce is an equal opportunity employer.
