The RoleReporting to the Embroidery manager, the role of Embroidery Machine Operator will be operating single and multiple head Barudan embroidery machines. You'll work alongside our Client Service team to deliver high quality embroidered cargo to our brilliant customers. 
Preferred full-time operator but part time operators also considered.
Key ResponsibilitesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operation of Multi head machines (six and eight head) embroidery machines Obtain work orders from supervisor to fulfil daily production ordersConfer with Client Service team to obtain any specific instructions on embroidery ordersCalibrate and set up embroidery machines at the beginning of each shift, to ensure that it works according to standards during the daySelect the right type and colour of threads and ensure that they are properly threaded in machine needlesHooping garments and fabric correctly and set under the needle to perform the embroideryPerform both preventative and regular maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure that they remain in good working orderMaintain high quality garments outputFixing logo issues and logo placement with Client Service team if requiredWorking with Client Service team to ensure embroidery decisions are understood (allowing the Client Service team to inform and confirm with the client)Always maintains cleanliness and tidy working area Does This Sound Like You?1-2 Years' experience operating a Commercial Embroidery MachineA desire to take ownership of our overall embroidery offering and quality control to ensure the delivery of the highest quality embroideryDeadline focused in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to work independently within a team environmentHave an extremely high level of attention to detail (this is a must)Flexible with shift start timeA desire to work in an innovative and growing organisationProven experience working productively and in a collaborative manner, encouraging a strong sense of cohesion across the team and businessUnderstanding of, or exposure to, uniform fashion industry or the likePersonal values which truly reflect those of Cargo CrewAn eye and passion for quality, style and designAble to take initiative - you get things doneIn return we offer you a great place to work inside a reputable organisation with an excellent company culture, parking on site, a competitive remuneration package, commensurate with experience and a long-term career path with genuine development opportunities.
