We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable individual to join our team at the LEGO store located within Melbourne Airport.

As a Full-Time Team Member, you will have the chance to share your passion for these iconic building blocks with travellers from around the globe.
Your role will be crucial in creating an engaging and memorable shopping environment that celebrates the joy of LEGO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of LEGO products, sets, and themes to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Engage with customers by sharing your enthusiasm for LEGO and our products available for purchase.
- Maintain an inviting and visually appealing store layout, ensuring products are well-merchandised and displays are eye-catching.
- Actively participate in store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and merchandising activities.

We are looking for someone with:

- A genuine passion for LEGO products and a deep understanding of their appeal across all age groups.
