The team Reporting to the Principal PM – Loyalty & Access, the Senior Product Manager is part of a passionate team working collaboratively with other Product teams, UX, AI Platform Services, Analytics, Engineering, and key customers across Strategy, Commercial Excellence, and Sales to identify and execute on new initiatives. You will manage and drive the product design deliverables (e.g. UX designs, research, user testing) and work within a development team to ensure smooth delivery.
About The Role The Senior Product Manager – Monetisation & Insights (Loyalty & Access) is responsible for defining and optimising the upsell pathways to help Hirers get closer to placement and maximise yield per opportunity. In addition, the Senior PM is responsible for supporting the delivery of Freemium across APAC and in helping convert a portion of these to paid ads.
This is a critical capability that helps SEEK deliver on the broader monetisation strategy across APAC and contribute to our broader marketplace ambitions. Specifically, the Senior PM will:
Develop a deep understanding of different customer segments and scenarios where Hirers recruitment needs are not appropriately met across the purchase journey (after posting an ad, during an ad and after expiry) Understand similar marketplace upsell and cross-sell strategies to identify relevant patterns and examples Craft a longer-term vision and roadmap that maximises yield per opportunity, hirer satisfaction, paid ad share and increases customer lifetime value Oversee the upgrade capability build across relevant touchpoints in the Hirer journey and support introduction of new ad products, enhancements and non-ad products where relevant Experiment with new features and experiences to drive an uplift in yield and paid ad share, including capturing customer and sales feedback and prioritise accordingly in product roadmap This role will require you to take a whole-of-marketplace view, considering the needs of our hirers, and also ensuring that we deliver on our commitment to candidates. You will work in partnership and alongside our key partners in Commercial, Product Marketing, Strategy and Sales teams across APAC and will report into the Principal PM – Loyalty & Access in the broader Monetisation and Insights team.
Key Responsibilities Own a problem space at the core of redefining and innovating our loyalty capabilities to better meet customer needs Be central to the transformation of our business model, and be an authority in challenging our status quo Actively manage and engage customers across the business to ensure strategic objectives are being met Be a relentless customer advocate with a focus on delivering great user experiences that solve real customer problems Ideate and validate opportunities and problems, inclusive of strategic fit and financial assessment Develop execution plans, and deliver improvements and new functionality for our Hirers Take ownership of metrics and outcomes associated with upgrades Stay abreast of technology, industry and competitor trends Qualifications Strategic problem-solver, comfortable working in a space with significant ambiguity Structured decision-maker, able to consider complex, nuanced tradeoffs, make decisive judgments, and bring others along with you Strong customer focus, with a passion for identifying and solving customer needs Commercial acumen, able to consider business constraints and objectives Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data and working with data scientists to improve the performance of our products Ability to lead multi-functional teams to deliver business outcomes Able to influence and persuade at all levels of the organisation and build and maintain strong customer relationships Considerable experience in product development with solid understanding of the agile software development, across customer discovery and delivery Experience working with AI and AI teams is an advantage Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Belief in and passion for SEEK's Purpose Perks and benefits At SEEK we offer: Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role.
