We currently have an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Civil Construction team in Darwin.
Your role as Project Administrator is to provide a high level of support to the Project Manager and Project crew. This role will work with the PM to ensure that all key project documentation is generated for all projects, assist with team scheduling, conducting team inductions, logistics and training, and providing administrative assistance with invoicing when needed, providing a strong support structure for the Project Team.
The Role: Project Documentation and Reporting. Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation, including contracts, plans, and schedules. Facilitate communication between project team members and clients. Respond to project-related inquiries and provide timely updates to the team. Ensure all project activities are performed in accordance with organization policies and procedures. Provide general administrative support to project team members. Maintain project calendars, inventory counts, deadlines, and timelines to keep the project on track. Who we are looking for: A self-starter with strong initiative and previous experience working in a similar role. Ability to prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time. Excellent organization and administrative skills. Sound written and oral communication skills. Ability to learn new software. NT manual driver's licence and White Card are essential.
