Sedgman is looking for a Site Administrator to join our skilled and dynamic team. As a dedicated Site Administrator, you'll play an essential role in our daily operations, championing our core values of integrity, accountability, innovation, delivery, and safety. With support from the CHPP Manager and the broader team, you'll contribute to the success and smooth operation of our established site.
Primary Duties: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and contractors at the site. Maintain and organise site documentation and records. Schedule uniform orders and coordinate travel and accommodation. Assist in personnel management and site logistics. Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily site operations. Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient site processes. Manage and track site expenses and budgets. Assist in the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment. Monitor and report on-site safety and compliance with regulations. Handle communications and information flow within the site. Prepare and submit reports to management as required. You'll Bring: Proven admin experience, preferably in the mining or related industry. Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment medical examination. Strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in office software and data management.
