Job Title: Security Trainer - Aviation Protection
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Security Trainer to join our team at Brisbane Airport. As a Security Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering training and assessment activities for internal training programs, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring correct procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct training and assessment activities for internal training programsOversee day-to-day operations and ensure correct procedures are followedDeliver internal face-to-face training in accordance with set timeframes and schedulesNotify relevant stakeholders of training and/or assessment outcomesDeliver excellent customer service and positive communication to all traineesRequirements: Certificate IV Workplace Assessment and Training (TAE40116 or equivalent)Relevant screening experience (to meet RTO requirements as a trainer/assessor)Demonstrated ability to deliver training that is effective and motivate learnersExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalSound reporting history/performance record as a workplace mentorCompliance and safety-focused attitudeAbout ISS: ISS is a global company with a diverse and inclusive team.
