The Role
We are seeking experienced Full Time Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Green Hills Shopping Centre.
You will be responsible for providing security service at Green Hills Shopping Centre, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.
Role Requirements
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:
Current NSW Full Security Licence, including crowd control where applicableApply First Aid CertificateProvide a cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) CertificatePrevious experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essentialConfident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery which comes under your controlThe ability to complete reports using various platformsExcellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate-appropriateHigh-level problem-solving skillsAbility to respond to emergency situationsValid work rights in AustraliaAbility to work shifts up to 12 hoursAvailability across 7 days/nights
