Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to senior system administrators and infrastructure managers.Assist in resolving complex customer requests, including software migration issues, desktop support, and incident response.Participate in security projects and engage with various security initiatives.Contribute to the planning and execution of systems and infrastructure deployment, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.Represent the infrastructure and security team on projects impacting infrastructure deployment, systems upgrades, migrations, and implementations.Prepare and maintain systems documentation.Liaise with ICT teams to ensure support teams are informed and up-to-date.Define scope, plan, and produce deliverables for assigned projects in collaboration with other ICT team members.Maintain accurate documentation on project implementation and closure reports.Skills and Requirements: Experience in testing and implementing systems and ICT infrastructure, including networks.Demonstrated skills and experience in corporate systems and network administration.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including liaison skills.Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to recommend appropriate solutions.Understanding of user support and system administration concepts and practices, as well as experience in security management and controls with a complex computing environment.Extensive understanding of cyber security principles, including penetration testing and the essential 8 maturity model.Experience in a security or systems administration role or similar.
