We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic team to support and maintain our security infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain security components, including Purview Labelling, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Microsoft Defenders, certificate-based authentication/Cloud Kerberos Trust, and Entra ID configuration.Deliver post-production implementation services to users, providing ongoing support to ensure secure operations.Align with Service Desk processes to effectively manage and resolve Tier 2 and 3 incidents, ensuring timely and professional responses.Monitor security systems and proactively address potential threats and vulnerabilities.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Document security policies and procedures, and provide training and guidance to colleagues and clients.Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate security measures seamlessly across the organization.Provide expert consulting services to clients, addressing their specific security needs and challenges with tailored solutions.Experience & QualificationsProven experience in supporting security components, including Purview Labelling, DLP, Microsoft Defenders, certificate-based authentication/Cloud Kerberos Trust, and Entra ID configuration.Prior consulting experience is essential, demonstrating the ability to provide expert advice and solutions to clients.Possession of either N1 or NV2 security clearance is mandatory.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address security issues effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.Relevant certifications in M365 security or related fields are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate).Experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest security standards.About CapgeminiOur people are the key to making this vision a reality, which is why we have been recognised by the Australian Workplace Equality Index as LGTBQ+ 'Employer of the Year' and 'Inclusion of Trans and Gender Diverse Employees' for the past two years.
