ABOUT THE ROLE As the ScapeSafe Security & Support Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational response of incident resources across all Scape properties nationally and providing after-hours resident contact support.
You will work with a variety of overnight stakeholders, including the ScapeSafe team, property managers, emergency services, and external contractors.
You will coordinate multiple activities and teams concurrently to resolve complex issues associated with security services and critical incidents.
This role is full-time, working 5 days a week, including some weekends and overnight shifts.
The schedule may vary, but you will always have two days off in a row, making this a great opportunity for those who love variety and challenge in their work.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE As the successful ScapeSafe Security & Support Centre Manager, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, fluency in incident control and coordination, surveillance, and emergency response skills.
You will also need to have a degree of initiative and judgment, and be able to work under broad direction.
You will be accountable for the performance and outcomes of your team, as well as ensuring compliance with Scape policies and procedures.
CCTV security-related certifications and training is essential.ICAM accredited is preferable.Proven experience in security control room operations, CCTV monitoring.Incident management and coordination fluency is essential.Fluent understanding of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and respond to security incidents swiftly.Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and other security-related technologies.Knowledge of vehicle tracking systems or the ability to quickly learn and adapt to such systems.Strong computer skills for incident reporting, documentation, and vehicle tracking software.Successful team members will be required to provide a valid security license, including NSW Class 1E, Working with Children Check Clearance, and Police Check.
