We are in search of a proficient and dynamic Security Supervisor with a proven background in the security industry.
This pivotal role will be instrumental in fostering a great working team, leading by example, and working closely and hands-on with our team and clients.As the site supervisor, we expect you to lead your team as the most immediate client/SKG representative and instil/monitor the key qualities below.Paid at Grade 3Key Responsibilities:Display and inspire exemplary customer serviceDemonstrate exceptional security service standardsConduct/ensure detailed checks and comprehensive patrolsMonitor the site for safety and security breachesPerform other security/safety duties as requiredExhibit leadership qualities and lead by exampleWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Experience in the Security industry.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Knowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Industry Award.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Excellent written, verbal, and report writing skills.Ability to maintain a positive team culture.Additional Information:Minimum 3-5 years SupervisionPolice Check Certificate (must be current no more than 3 months)What's on Offer:A fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Australian company with genuine prospects for advancement.
