As a pioneer in delivering premium "soft" facility management services throughout Australia, we specialise in world-class cleaning, security, and maintenance solutions. We are in search of a proficient and dynamic Security Supervisor with a proven background in the security industry. This pivotal role will be instrumental in fostering a great working team, leading by example, and working closely and hands-on with our team and clients.As the site supervisor, we expect you to lead your team as the most immediate client/SKG representative and instil/monitor the key qualities below.Working Hours: 7am to 2.30pm and Rotation ScheduleKey Responsibilities:Display and inspire exemplary customer serviceDemonstrate exceptional security service standardsConduct/ensure detailed checks and comprehensive patrolsMonitor the site for safety and security breachesConduct incident responsePerform other security/safety duties as requiredReporting via a digital medium (app & computer)Exhibit leadership qualities and lead by exampleWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Experience in the Security industryStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge and understanding of rosters, schedules, and the Industry AwardExceptional communication and relationship-building skillsExcellent written, verbal, and report writing skillsAbility to maintain a positive team cultureMinimum Requirements:Minimum 3-5 years SupervisionPolice Check Certificate (must be current no more than 3 months)What's on Offer:A fantastic opportunity to join a well-known Australian company with genuine prospects for advancementSupportive leaders and a great work cultureHow to Apply:Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and why you are the perfect fit for this role.
