You'll assist in managing day-to-day security operations, ensuring smooth access control, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Supervise security staff.Ensure new staff complete their induction and training.Manage access control and badging on site.Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch service.Address any customer complaints and escalate when necessary.Lead regular team meetings and relay important information.KPI tracking and reporting.Qualifications:Certificate II in Security Operations.Valid NSW Security Licence.NSW Driver's Licence.Experience & Skills:At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.Good communication and leadership abilities.How to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
