About the Position:
We currently have a supervisor/leadership opportunity managing the day-to-day operations of one of our sites in MTISA.
The Security Supervisor position will encompass coordinating with the local site-based client representatives, Securecorp head office, and site officers.
Role Duties:
Ensuring compliance through managing quality systems. Leading and coordinating a medium to large size team. Managing SOPs. Service and delivery assurance (auditing and reporting requirements). Incident reports and monthly report management. Equipment management. Rostered Hours:
4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts (day and night) – Remuneration approximately 80K per annum.

Prior experience leading a medium to large security team. Good written and verbal communication skills are a must. Good internal & external stakeholder management skills will be required to liaise with facilities management and clinical staff. Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
