You will be required to work on a rotating roster 24x7, 365 days a year, with the opportunity to earn an additional salary for overnight and weekend shifts.
Your day in the life of a Security Operations Specialist at Optus Analyse complex cases involving a pattern of security events from SIEM, and other security data sources. Splunk experience is preferred.Develop and tune use cases, alerts, reports, custom dashboards and further enhancements.Create, improve, and document processes for the management and monitoring of security solutions.Work with technical teams on log onboarding. Baseline and improve threat detection thresholds and improve detection methods.Configure, manage, and upgrade Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM) platforms.
