You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and responding to security incidents, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical systems.
This is a 3-month contract role in a Government Department with the likelihood of extension.About the role:Monitor and triage security incidents reported through various channels.Investigate and escalate incidents as necessary.Regularly review and manage the client mail quarantine list identifying and addressing any potential threats.Vulnerability Scanning including threat management and escalation.Download and analyse Azure Active Directory sign-in logs.Perform security checks using the Rapid7 tools to investigate any identified vulnerabilities or risks.Investigate security-related service requests submitted by users in ServiceNow.Review and investigate Aurion audit logs.Analyse DNS Splunk reports.About you:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field.Experience with security incident response and threat detection.Proficiency in Splunk, Azure, and Rapid7.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Why Elysium Digital?Elysium Digital contracting division has tight knit, trusted relationships with numerous government departments and agencies.
