ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Various locations across the Townsville regionWeekday and weekend shifts available4 - 12 hour shifts availablePotential earnings up to $110,000 (*Potential earnings up to $100,000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors)Level 2Wilson Security is expanding in Townsville, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of state. This growth has created new roles within our Townsville team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risksIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationProviding support to tenants and FacilitiesManaging contractors and deliveries through dock managementResponding to emergency situationsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problem-solving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsPrevious experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable)Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs)Availability and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsValid QLD Security License (including Monitoring Subclass)Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirableCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
