Security Officer - Suncorp Stadium Events Certis Security Australia is excited to announce additional security services to Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane. We are currently recruiting for those who want to join the Certis journey of working safer, smarter, better. The hours of work will revolve around event hours depending on the event, however Certis also services many other event locations in Brisbane & the Gold Coast as well as a large portfolio of clients throughout Australia.

Key Responsibilities Promote and encourage a team approach. Provide a customer service approach and maintain a fair, courteous, and respectful manner in dealing with clients and customers. Provide a high-quality security service at client locations. Provide security escorts as required. Report and record security breaches and incidents. Respond promptly to incidents. Take a problem-solving approach to conflict situations and recognise the need to escalate situations to the manager/supervisor for attention as appropriate. Qualifications QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control component (Essential) First Aid with CPR (Essential) Responsible Service of Alcohol (Desirable) Benefits & Culture Friendly and inclusive environment.
