The Position:
We have multiple Permanent Full-Time Security Officer roles available, predominantly located in Bunbury and Collie.
As a key member of our South West teams, you will play an integral role in maintaining security across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the security and safety of designated sites Provide exceptional customer service Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster, ensuring a guaranteed 84-hour fortnight Write detailed incident reports Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work extra shifts when required Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in the Security Industry Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work 24/7 Current WA Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle Intermediate computer skills Experience in conflict resolution Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) for certain sites Current Western Australian Security License Current First Aid Certification Personal Attributes:
