ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Various locations across ACT Full Time/Part Time & Casual Opportunities available Weekday and weekend shifts available 4 - 12 hour shifts available Potential earnings up to $110,000 (*Potential earnings up to $110,000 p.a. subject to availability, hours worked including overtime, classification, and other factors) Level 2 Wilson Security is expanding in ACT and is looking for Security officers across different contracts that strengthen our presence in the Whole of state. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clients Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risks Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification Providing support to tenants and Facilities Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management Responding to emergency situations WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong Customer Service Skills Proactive and problem-solving mindset Willing to support and step up as required into other roles Ability to work well in a team or autonomously Ability to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends) Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work Rights Previous experience in Corporate Real Estate Contracts (highly desirable) Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programs) Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periods Crowd Control endorsement will be highly desirable Current First Aid & CPR Certificate Wilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
