This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & clientsProactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control SystemsConducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risksIdentifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectificationProviding support to tenants and FacilitiesOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:Current Victorian Security LicenceCurrent First Aid certificatePrevious experience in a diverse and high customer interaction environmentWell-presented and spokenFlexibility to work rotating rostersWillingness to work nights/weekendsAbility to work as part of a teamMust be an Australian CitizenWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
