What you'll be doing The Security Department provides a 24-hour – 365 day year Security Service to Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospital precincts. The primary objectives of the Security Officer role are to ensure the protection of staff, patients and visitors from harm, the protection of the hospital assets and to assist in providing an acceptable level of order, control and safety. Security Officers assist in providing a duty of care to all patients, staff and visitors to the hospital, and are required to participate in crime prevention, deterrence initiatives, and risk minimisation strategies.
