About the Role: Lendlease are currently seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance security across our extensive portfolio of Defence/Government projects around Australia. In this permanent, nationally focused role, reporting to our Head of Security, you will have the opportunity to work within a highly sensitive and critical environment, and be responsible for managing security compliance, undertaking risk assessments, and managing strategic security planning, to ensure our clients' requirements are met. This role will also see you establish and manage project security protocols in accordance with our client's requirements, oversee construction security plans, manage governance, develop policies and procedures, facilitate security training for project staff and subcontractors, and undertake regular auditing across our range of projects. To be successful you will need: To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.Hold a Government Security Clearance or the ability to gain and maintain one.Demonstrated experience in managing security requirements on construction and/or government sites.Demonstrated understanding of Security classifications.Ability to facilitate client security meetings and manage issues.Report on matters relating to Security compliance.Be part of a dynamic team contributing to all facets of construction as required.
