The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated Full Time Security Services Manager to join our team at Macarthur Square in Macarthur, NSW 2560.
As the Security Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our security team, transforming curious visitors into loyal customers while supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing award-winning retail customer service.
As part of the Assetlink team, your main focus will be on developing a high-performing team that provides exceptional security service at our client's retail site and supports all the establishments' tenants, guests, and visitors. You will efficiently manage all day-to-day security operations, including staff training, rostering, auditing, building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security of the site, management of emergency situations, demonstrating pro-active security awareness and other operational requirements.
The roster for this position is:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - 0800 to 1600Thursday - 1300 to 2100

Role Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

Current NSW Full Security Licence
Apply First Aid Certificate
Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
Managing a high-performing security team
Provide effective leadership to security personnel, including mentoring and training
Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences
Previous experience in Retail Security (Preferred)
Meet and exceed contract security requirements
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
Understand customer's security, environmental and safety requirements
Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
The ability to complete reports using various platforms
Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
High level problem-solving skills
Ability to respond to emergency situations
Valid work rights in Australia
