In this role, you will lead, manage, and develop our team while collaborating closely with Service Managers to drive client satisfaction and business success.As a passionate and experienced security manager, you will have a proven track record in leadership, delivering strategic results, and building strong relationships.
We seek someone who thrives on challenges and possesses strong contract management and time management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead our mission to be Australia's premier services company by delivering innovative and technological solutions that create value for our customers.Proactively manage and maintain internal and client relationships to achieve business targets and needs.Collaborate operationally with clients and internal management teams.Develop and sustain strong business relationships with clients and their representatives.Oversee all security activities, including asset protection, access control, and crowd management, in line with complex instructions and procedures.Work independently or lead a team in the field across single or multiple sites, including events or activities.Ensure that correspondence, reports, and submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant with contract requirements.Efficiently handle client feedback and requests within agreed time frames.Support the implementation of policies and procedures, fostering continuous improvement in systems and processes.Skills and ExperienceSecurity License NSW 1A, (2A highly regarded)Current First Aid and CPR CertificateCurrent NSW RSA CardFull NSW Driver's LicenseMinimum 3 years of management experience (preferred)Proven experience managing teams of 20+Expertise in rostering and planningStrong stakeholder management skillsThorough understanding of compliance and regulationsExperience in fast-paced environmentsProficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacyProactive and ready to hit the ground runningMandatory Qualifications (willing to obtain)Certificate IV in Security Risk ManagementSecurity License NSW 2ATraffic Control and Traffic Management Plan certifications/cardsWhite CardFire Warden and Chief Warden certificationsACES will assist suitable candidates in obtaining the necessary qualifications via our internal RTO.What ACES Group OffersPaid administrative hoursAccess to amazing workplaces (Sydney's best events, venues, and locations)Superior career pathways and opportunitiesTraining and upskilling through our internal RTOA successful, growing company with diverse opportunitiesAttractive working conditionsAbout usACESGroup are a leading national provider of security services to a large portfolio of public and private facilities.
