The Role: The Security Architect plays a pivotal role in transforming AP+ into the leading-edge digital payments firm for Australia.
This role serves as the vital link between our cyber security capability and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, testing, and cyber security tasks of our product features.
It spans across both agile product teams and waterfall project teams across the business, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business needs, cyber requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Proposed Position Requirements are: Minimum 7 years of experience in a Security architecture role, ideally in the payment industry.Proven experience in designing and implementing complex systems architectures.Strong understanding of architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective on IT architecture and the financial industry.Expertise in performing security and risk assessments on business initiatives.Experience in identifying cyber security risks.Strong technical skills in cloud infrastructure, applications, and DevSecOps.Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in the payments industry in Australia.What happens next: At AP+, we believe in the power of passion, pride, and purpose.
