Must-Have Experience:1+ year MSP experience working with multiple clientsExpertise with security tools like Defender, Sentinel, Tenable, and UmbrellaExperience in incident response, monitoring alerts, and endpoint detectionKnowledge of networking principles, infrastructure security, and vulnerability managementFamiliarity with ITIL processes or certificationsAzure certifications and experience with Azure security solutionsProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automationLinux OS/Kali Linux administration experienceAdditional Skills:Strong understanding of security best practices, cybersecurity threats, and risk mitigation strategiesAbility to handle security incident management and provide detailed reportsKnowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, NAT/PAT) and firewall configurationEducation:A diploma or degree in IT or related certifications
