Including both visitor management and the efficient professional coordination of incoming phone calls - you will also be the main point of contact for Security Guards.In addition you will assist the security department with all administrational tasks, such as confirming security clearances for visits that are conducting classified discussions (where appropriate) you will be required to learn the complexities of Foreign National visits under Defence Security Approved Visits process. This position is required to be on-site at Osborne full time.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet incoming Corporate and Production VisitorsLiaise with all areas of the business external parties and Commonwealth of Australia in regards to visit onboarding processesAnswer, coordinate and if required transfer all incoming phone calls to the dedicated areaOversee the security guards and ensure ASC is well representedAdministration duties include: Raising purchase requisitions, processing invoices, SINE system management plus various other administration tasks including Security Administration supporting the local security advisorsSkills & ExperiencesAbility to multitask and deal with high volume of visitorsDeal with people from all backgrounds and levels, outstanding communications and organization skillsExtensive experience with Microsoft office, predominantly around excel and wordExperience in JIRA – or ability to learnMinimum 5 years previous experience in a fast pace office environmentStrong ability to prioritise tasking and work independently with minimal supervisionCapable of self-identifying work tasksEligibilityThis role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
