Road Transport (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time Elecnor has been contracted to build EnergyConnect, a new 700km transmission line extending from Wagga Wagga NSW to the South Australian border.
This backbone infrastructure will connect customers with more renewable energy enabling a further 4950MW of generation capacity, save NSW customers $180 million a year and create 1,500 new construction jobs in regional NSW.
Construction of EnergyConnect is underway in various locations across the project area.
The role: Elecnor is seeking Heavy Rigid Crane Truck Drivers to join the project in regional NSW. The role will involve a mixture of driving heavy rigid crane trucks with hi-abs, dogging/offsiding, and manual labour work.
This is a full-time FIFO position to Wagga Wagga or Griffith. This role will require you to live away from home on a 21/7 roster, working 6.30am to 5pm each day. Flights, accommodation, and meals are provided.
