We are expanding our operations in Australia and are currently recruiting a Risk Analyst.
Embark on a mission-critical role as a Risk Analyst! Join the frontline of risk management, where your expertise will safeguard detainees, staff, and facilities from harm. Collaborate with elite stakeholders to unravel complex risks, ignite informed decision-making, and forge a culture of resilience. In your new role, you will: Conduct thorough risk assessments, integrating dynamic inputs and evidence-based observations to inform security decisions. Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and industry standards to maintain a safe, secure environment. Develop plans, strategies, and schedules to support continuous improvement in risk management practices. Actively participate in quality management processes, ensuring risk assessments meet rigorous standards. Contribute to meeting departmental KPIs through detailed documentation, accurate reporting, and collaboration with team members. Support training and mentoring of staff to enhance risk assessment accuracy and effectiveness. ABOUT YOU Transformational risk leader driving safety, respect, and dignity in complex environments. To be successful, you will: Gain and retain all police/security clearances required within our industry. Pass any required health assessments. Pass a working with children check. Work within an immigration centre. Travel interstate as required to meet business needs. Provide proof of double vaccination against Covid-19 with a vaccine recognised in Australia.
