Deliver high-value advisory services, drive business growth, and lead teams to success in a dynamic environment.This leading consultancy specialises in high-value advisory services across key sectors such as Energy, Transport, Construction, Defence, and Water. As part of their strategic growth, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sector Lead for Energy to join their Brisbane-based team.This is a senior leadership role with a focus on delivering exceptional advisory services within the energy sector, building strong client relationships, and driving sector growth. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role offers the autonomy and support to shape strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of energy-sector clients, delivering advisory services across project development, procurement, and delivery phases.Develop new business opportunities within the energy sector, targeting 3–4 new clients annually and securing repeat engagements.Build a trusted advisor status with clients, securing sole-sourcing opportunities and referrals.Foster and lead high-performing teams, ensuring exceptional project outcomes.Represent the business at industry events, maintaining an active and visible presence in the energy sector.About YouYou are a seasoned professional with significant experience in the energy sector, ideally with a background in consulting, engineering, or client-side roles.
