Qualifications & Experience The successful candidate for this unique role will possess: Previous experience as a Section Waiter, Runner or Host  Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service Strong interpersonal skills and presentation  Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate WSET Training- Wine & Sake What we offer We will give you the skills, mentorship from the best in the hospitality industry to help you build the career you've always wanted.
