Qualifications & ExperienceThe successful candidate for this unique role will possess: Previous experience as a Section Waiter, Host, Bartender or Runner role in a premium/hatted setting Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service Strong interpersonal skills and presentation Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate About UsHunter St. Hospitality is Australia's preeminent dining group.
