Previous experience as a Section Waiter or Runner role in a premium/hatted setting Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service Strong interpersonal skills and presentation Availability for minimum 20 hours per week including Friday & Saturday dinner services Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate WSET Training - Wine & Sake Remuneration expectations are casual rates as per the Restaurant Industry Award.
