As a Section Leader, you will support the Director of Operations and provide inspirational leadership to your Section within the Australia and New Zealand Roads and Highways Performance Unit.
Your primary focus will be on fostering strong client relationships, anticipating client needs, and ensuring our team delivers outstanding project outcomes.
You will also inspire a positive collaborative culture where everyone in the team is inspired to bring their full selves to work and make a significant contribution to the success of our business and the business of our clients.
You will provide visible, inspirational and consistent leadership and role modelling of Jacobs' core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture across your section that embodies Jacobs' Culture of Caring and prioritises the health and wellbeing of your people.
