**Responsibilities:**

- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and management, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
- Manage, prioritize, and route correspondence, including emails and phone calls, to the appropriate parties.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Maintain and organize electronic files, documents, and databases, ensuring that sensitive information is kept confidential and easily accessible.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed for various projects and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for ongoing initiatives.
- Develop and implement improved administrative processes to enhance productivity and organizational efficiency.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and support team members in administrative tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
