Job description:

VF is seeking a remote Secretary to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and resourceful personality. Strong soft skills in analysis and time management are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and handling correspondence- Assist with general office duties such as data entry, record keeping, and managing office supplies- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners- Aid in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes- Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a secretary or administrative role- Resilient and resourceful personality traits- Strong soft skills in analysis and time management- Excellent communication and organizational abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite- High school diploma or equivalent
