**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and efficient Secretary to join our growing team at Reliance Steel & Aluminum. This part-time work-from-home position is ideal for a confident and driven individual who thrives in a remote work environment. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of four years of administrative experience and be capable of supporting various departments within our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to multiple departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.

- **Communication Management:** Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. Handle inquiries professionally and efficiently via email, phone, and chat platforms.

- **Document Preparation:** Create, format, and modify various documents, presentations, and reports while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

- **Data Management:** Maintain organized electronic files and databases. Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy while frequently conducting data entry tasks.

- **Project Assistance:** Support project teams by coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and aiding in the execution of project tasks.

- **Travel Coordination:** Assist in arranging travel accommodations including bookings and itineraries for team members as needed.

- **Scheduling:** Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while prioritizing conflicting demands effectively.

- **Office Supplies Management:** Monitor and maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment, coordinating orders when necessary.

- **Collaboration:** Foster a collaborative work environment by contributing ideas and participating in team discussions aimed at process improvement and creative problem-solving.

- **Compliance Adherence:** Ensure that all administrative practices are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.

- **Experience:** Minimum of four years in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with various project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and database management systems.

- **Personality Traits:**
